30 Day Easy Return Policy

What is the easy 30 day return policy?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30-days from the delivery date. We'll gladly replace it or give you a full refund (less shipping) - whichever you prefer with no restocking fees. Your only cost is the shipping back to us.

Is there anything I can't return in 30 days?

CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE ($5.95 SUNGLASSES) - No refunds will be issued on clearance items. If they arrive damaged we will gladly exchange them for an equal or lesser value item.

How do I make a return?

1. Log into your account on EyewearIt.com by visiting the My Account Page.

2. Once you're logged in, click "Go to Completed Orders", then click "Return Item(s)" next to the item you want to return or exchange.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

    Quantity to return
    Return reason
    Comments

4. If you are making an exchange, please put the product you would like to exchange it for in the comments section of the return form

5. Click "Submit Return Request."

After you submit your return request you will be shown instructions on how to return your glasses.

How should I ship my return?

Please make sure to send the items back in a crush-proof box. If possible please return the items in the same box that we originally shipped them to you in. Items returned in padded envelopes could be damaged during shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged during transit. We recommend shipping returns via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. First class mail is inexpensive, quick and includes full end-to-end tracking.

How long does it take to get a refund or exchange

Please allow 2 business days for us to process a refund or exchange from the date of receipt. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to show on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. Exchanges will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail, if you need faster shipping please contact us at help@eyewearit.com after submitting your return request. You will receive an email when your items have shipped, along with a tracking number.

If I need to make an exchange do I have to pay shipping again?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eyewear It will cover shipping to you for one exchange per order. If you exchange item more than once shipping to your location will be charged at a flat rate of $2.95.
